We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be a key member of their team assisting the CEO. The role will involve supporting the sales of our wine service equipment to the Hospitality Industry, and providing customer service to Restaurants, Clubs and Hotels .The ideal candidate must have great attention to detail, be well organized, numerate and able to coordinate multiple sales and marketing projects at the same time. Excellent written and telephone communication skills are required, together with excellent computer skills in MS office, Quick Books, and ACT Contact Manager. While assisting to run the office, this candidate will also be expected to manage some long term projects, including Social Media and website updates.

Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a highly energetic person with excellent phone skills to support our existing customers over the phone to make sure their wine service is working optimally with our range of wine & Champagne preservation system.
This candidate must have an excellent phone manner, and enjoy helping customers improve their wine-by-the-glass service. The job will involve calling, emailing and connecting through social media. Once orders are received the tracking & processing of orders and following up to make sure the customer is supported is imperative. Excellent computer skills are required to efficiently use Word, Outlook and ACT CRM. Good record keeping is a must, as is excellent English.
